Different households care about different combinations of lot size, school verification, commute shape, park access, resale condition, and how quickly they need to move. A useful community overview helps a visitor compare those dimensions instead of flattening every part of Urbandale into the same sales pitch.
This pilot now uses two real Urbandale-area community labels — Walnut Creek Hills and Waterford Landing — as comparison pages rather than fictitious placeholders or official rankings. The point is to show how the factory can surface neighborhood tradeoffs honestly without pretending every community fits the same buyer.
